Our WiFi and Sky Glass streaming issues, TV picture and voice out of sync, happening at different times of the day and getting worse, spec of the ultimate SoHo is very good spec on paper, we're not getting a consistent performance with internet services, followed online help to the letter, two bedroom Terrace house TV and Router are in the same room, in clear line of sight, I think the telephone fiber cable needs re doing in the area, I would expect more service, sky have recently advertised increase in speed and performance in Staffordshire area, we're paying premium money for a mid level service.
