The internet speed has been at an unacceptable level for the last 2 weeks.

The internet is painfully slow and we are struggling to even accomplish simple tasks like reading emails. The smart television apps will not play programmes without continually stop starting and even failing to load at times. We have run a router test and there is no issue showing. We have made sure the router is unobstructed and clean. And we have restarted on numerous occasions.
