My WiFi keeps dropping out. I loose all connection to Sky Q Boxes and all phones, laptops etc connected. No lights on the router change and no lights on the fibre broadband change. Things then re-establish themselves and then it does it again. Additionally the 'phone' keeps loosing dial tone and the router needs resetting to recover this (meaning I have no phone access). I've reset many times and it continues to happen. Tests are pointless as they only work when the wifi is on and not surprisingly it says it's fine. Something is very wrong. Please advise ASAP as I cannot work at home like this - I changed to Sky Fibre to avoid this and to be honest it's more flaky than my former BT connection.
