Wifi network isn't connected to the Internet

The sky Q box has popped up a message stating the wifi network isn't connected to the Internet, other devices such as mobile phones have also been disconnected from the wifi/internet usage. I have followed all instructions including unplugging and waiting 5 seconds but the issue has not been resolved
