WiFi Signal Good, Hub WiFi

Hi,

So as of yesterday my Sky Hub no longer lets anything connect to the WiFi. The light is white as if there's no problem, and anything plugged in by ethernet cable works just fine, but I can't connect wirelessly anymore. I've tried disconnecting the power and restarting it to no avail, I tried looking at the network settings by accessing it through browser which all looked fine, and when I try to check out the problem on MySky it acknowledges that there's a problem despite the broadband being fine (first screenshot), when I click on it it says that my "WiFi Signal" is good but my "Hub WiFi" is bad (screenshot 2), but then when I click the button to try to fix it it says that everything looks good (screenshot 3).

I've checked the app and both frequency bands are still on, and now I'm out of ideas. Can anybody shed any light on this? Thanks in advance.

P.S: While trying to fix it yesterday I managed to make matters worse and somehow lose track of the little card that has my login password when accessing the network by browser. Does anybody know how I would find that password again once my main issue has been resolved?

@WWDD The password is on the bottom off the hub on the base, write it down so you have it also!

If the hub is completely messed up if you hold the WPS button on the RHS off the unit, watch the light on the front with the button held in until that changes state, then it will do a Full Factory Reset to the out off box condition, sky say to hold it at least 5 seconds, but would not be surprised that it is longer than that around the 20-30 second mark!
