Download speed too slow

I pay for 500 Mbps but over the last 2 weeks have only been recieving a max of 90 Mbps. I am using a Google WiFi hub which is rated to do 1200 Mbps which does a speed test automatically. I can see the results coming into the router are lower than what I'm paying for.

Just checked and it says it doesn't have any data from the last 30 days

@HJame Only time i have ever seen this is when the Sky Hub is not in use, is that the case for you!

It is, however, my router is rated at 1200 Mbps and I've checked all the cabling, so this shouldn't be the issue

@HJame So your google is directly connected to the ONT is this correct!
