WiFi Router turned off completely

Hi, my router has turned off and I cannot connect to my WiFi at all. There is option to select my WiFi name.

When you say it has turned off completely do you mean all the lights are not lit on it or they are but your device can not find your network ?

There are no light on whatsoever. It doesn't help if I reset it or switch it on and off again

So all the lights are out, if so and they are still out if you connect it to a different socket then give Sky a call as it might have died.
