Sky says broadband issue, but when tested says all ok but its not working.
My sky a box keeps saying power cut but theres been no power cuts at all. Sky say there's an issue with my broadband, but when its tested says everything is ok. Then theres a message saying speed to our hub is poor? Its just not working. Help!

The service checker doesn't necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there can be an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection which is why on here we tend to advise on trying it again later.
