Wifi Speed - is very slow 7mb

Is this your speed via the line check in the My Sky app or via WiFi on a device?

Are youa ble to provdie more detail please ? for instance what speed are you getting when you plug your laptop directly into your Sky Hub ? it imsportant to determine what the speed is that actually goes into your router. For example before March I had copper brodabnd and it was so slow that I couldnt have Sky stream on it, this was due to Openreach not upgrading the network to fibre until March.

That's entirely plausible for a legacy ADSL connection.
