WiFi- Not Working

My TV, laptop, Security Cameras, Echo Dot and phone say they are connected but can't access internet. 
The app says there is no problem but there is! 
how do I sort this out?

Try a reboot of your broadband hub, leave it off for a few minutes before powering it back up then waiting a few more minutes to see if everything then works.

I have done this repeatedly since I got Sky Broadband. 
this has been a long standing issue.

The only thing that can connect to the internet for long periods is one of my TV's and it lags throughout watching Films.
