Clever grandaughters get past downtime

I've got sky max.

Identified all tech and put in their own profile. Set downtime at night, pause for other things but they are getting past it.

Any idea on how to stop it ?? Please 15yr old on it all night sleeps all day, and gets angry 😫 as over tired

Maybe also change your Sky Login password so she can't login and alter the profile settings.

The Max Hub Parental Controls cannot block cellular data access in the way the locally installed Broadband Buddy app used to do.

Re: Clever grandaughters get past downtime

Just Googled "how to block iphone on sky max" and this came up, hope it helps.

To block an iPhone on Sky Max, you need to access your Sky Broadband Shield settings through your Sky account, where you can identify and block specific devices by managing assigned devices under the "Parental Controls" section; this essentially restricts internet access for that device on your Sky network. Key steps: Access Sky account: Log in to your Sky account online. Navigate to Broadband Shield: Go to the "Broadband Shield" section within your account settings. Manage devices: Select "Manage assigned devices" to see connected devices on your network. Choose device to block: Identify the iPhone you want to restrict and select it. Apply restrictions: Set the desired parental control settings to block access to certain content or restrict internet usage for that device.
