WiFi Max

Hello new to sky I selected WiFi max as an upgrade  £6 a month but have had no conformation email nothing at all no text is this correct or is there something wrong. Thanks.

If you already have a white Max Hub then nothing obvious changes: the WiFi Max subscription supplement unlocks Parental Controls and gives the option to claim booster pods under the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee'.

Thanks not sure I have the max router mine is white but hasn't got a SKY logo on it. I have checked out the unlock feature but it takes you back to selecting another broadband package confused.
