so ive just got the WiFi Max hub, now when i got to 192.168.0.1 to change router name and password, i get all the information i need however if i recall i was able to change settings via this but it sells me to download the My Sky App on my phone which i have, when i go on the app there is nothing to see about changing my routers name and password?
can any one advise me where i need to go on the My Sky App to change the router settings please?

i got nothing up besides broadband sheild, talk sheild, internet security, sky go and TV product settings :s

I think that would suggest your login to the My Sky app has not been associated with the Max service.

I have the same issue. I managed to get it to show, changed my Router name and password, now it's reset itself back to default and I can't get the setting to re-appear on the My Sky App

Hi, I have just upgraded my sky router to the sky Max router.
On the MySky App i do not have any settings to be able to confrigure my router.
Can anyone advise if this is still an ongoing issue with the App

There still appears to be a delay in the My Sky app populating with the necessary tabs, yes.

@TimmyBGood thanks for the reply.
so Sky are charging extra for a new router that you actually can't use fully.
No parental controls, unable to cahnge password, unable to change network name........

I just looked on the MySky app today and it seems you can now change the username and password for the router

I have had the same issue today, however I found if I logged out of the My Sky app and then back in again, the missing setting appeared.
