Hi,
we are trying to connect a perfume genie to our WiFi and it says it needs to be on 2.4ghz. We have logged into our router but can't see anywhere how to split the two settings. Has anyone done this that can give us a walkthrough! Online it tells us to go to network settings but we do t have that option when we login! We are quite confused on how to do it

@SuJen From the Tips top off the community page, but have linked it below for you! You can only split the bands if you need with the black sky Broadband hub, the white MAX you cannot have the function at all, so it's a turn off the 5Ghz, connect your device, then turn the 5Ghz back on again! Sky Max is also all done with the MySky app on a mobile device if using said!
