So fi isn't working, tied the test says everything is fine. White smiley face on the hub. Been like this for over 24 hours. Something will occasionally load but you have no chance of playing a video ect

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@bennett17 a "white smily face" implies you have a pretty old hub which only has a single wifi band so as a first step I would call Sky and ask for it to swapped out for a current model.

Never had an issue in 23years until i cancelled the tv package. It makes my laugh everytime i go on my sky they say there is a problem and then its back on in 2 mins but i have to go on my sky on connections 3 or more times a night. Im Not receiving what i pay for

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your isssue is WiFi related and you cancelled your TV package it could well be the cause of it because Sky Q provides the WiFi hotspotting/boosting feature. Therefore if you got rid of Sky Q you would lose this functionality.
If your issue is with the actual line and it has a fault then this is just unfortunate timing. Please post your router stats
