Wi-fi not working great

My wi-fi seems to be worse since I moved over to fibre , tv is lagging and so are computer game also my phone and other phones keep jumping to 4g or 5g while in home and connected to wi-fo

A poor signal in certain rooms if this is what your issue is then is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

 

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
