Cancellation
Hello, I am having a very slow connection with the WIFI upstairs in my house. The 2 TVs, 1 mobile phone and 1 ipad.
It is slow, laggy and freezes. I didn't have this issue with EE. I may need to do a complete cancellation and return the TV as this is not working for us and causing a lot of upset to my disabled young adult.

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
