our devices continually disconnect, signal is poor around the house
my mini sky box and main sky q box do not stay connected, we cannot stream any TV as the Wi fi is so poor

If you have a poor signal then try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
