Wi-fi drops out everyday

Wi-fi drops out every morning between 8 and 10am, and every night between 10 and 11pm. Restarting the router does not solve the issue. Running the broadband check on the MySky app always shows it is good even when it isn't working. Shocking service over the last number of weeks.
