Wi fi dropping
Hi
Our WiFi keeps dropping in and out on many occasions we are switching back to 5G

@emben12 you will have to call Sky to cancel which will generste a cancellation charge unless you in the first 31 day cooling off period or you are out of the gixed 24 month contact period.ig you complain and Sky cannot reasonably fix the issue then either thry will wave the czncellation fee or you can then ask the indepependent arbitrator to order them to do so see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
