Bt delay

Apparently there is a fault on my line yet again for new install I've been waiting nearly 5 months for wifi and I'm assuming they are just using this as another excuse definitely thinking of cancelling any help appreciated

@Gaming21 cancelling and switching to any isp who uses Openreach's network (the BT division who operate the network) you are likely to face a longer delay as Sky's order will be czncelled and the new isp has to raise a new one. Only worth doing if you have access to Virgin Media or another isp using a different network or mobile broadband.

You should be accumulating compensation for late provisioning see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

which will be lost if you cancel.

Re: Bt delay

I get that but surely you would get fed up after 5 months of excuses

@Gaming21 absolutely but in practice there is little more you or Sky can do IF you need an Openreach line as they are an effective monoploy. My own line was delayed which generated enough compensation to give me the first 6 months service free
