Wi-fi dropping

Our wi-fi will drop for very long periods of time. We still hav  all green lights. TV says it is not connected. Go through all settings, still no joy. Last night I unplugged my main Sky Q box, then tried the internet on the tv which was working fine so I think the main sky-q box may be the fault. It seems to be draining all the wifi but still showing its not working. how do i get the main sky-q box replaced?

I did all the recommendations that the Sky person suggested but after 36hrs or so we are back to the wi-fi dropping an the sky-q box asking for a card.
