Wi fi dropping out
We have an ongoing issue with our wifi dropping out. I have had 3 call outs who don't seem to need able to rectify this issue. Currently the app is saying there isn't a problem but there is. We've done all the trouble shooting you advise but its still not working.

@17thEdition ypu are not talking to Sky by pisting in the forum. You are best advised calling Sky to escalate the issue as from your pist it is unclear if its a WiFi issue in your home or a broadband issue with the line - the solutions arecdntirely different.
