Wi-Fi drop
Naas area, customer a few months, all good at the start but now I lose Wi-Fi on a regular basis, 3 times on Saturday as an example, each time apart from the nuisance I lose my alarm connectivity.
I have reset the hub
is this a known issue in the Naas area ?

Re: Wi-Fi drop
@NaasCustomer If there is an area issue Sky's service checker in the My Sky app should tell you. However it is more likely to either be an issue with your broadband line or an issue with WiFi in your home. If the service checker is not helping I would suggest you call Sky.
