Connection error

Our WiFi connection keeps constantly dropping signal and when I use the diagnostic on your site, it claims everything is running well. And from this morning I currently have no internet connection at all

@Jade207 you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. Check the lights on your Sky hub and follow the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

The onlinecservice checker takes yup to an hour to pick up a dropped connection so should help by now.
