Wi fi does not work

I have not had WiFi for ages. I've done everything possible from speaking to yourselves. I've turned everything off for half an hour and turned it on again and wi fi comes on for 5 minutes and then goes again. Please don't say turnout off again as this doesn't work.

'Ages' as in hours or months?

 

Individual domestic broadband faults over a weekend don't get addressed until the next working weekday at the earliest.
