Wi-fi connection is not good.

I signed up for full house wi-fi coverage a few days ago (an additional £4 a month I think) as at the moment coverage in my office is not great with Teams calls etc having very bad connection. 

 

Not sure what I need to do from my side but at the moment its really not good and is making work difficult.

 

But from the checks I can do it all looks ok. So not sure where the issue is.

 

Any help much appreciatted.

@Branston sounds like you bought Sky's WiFi Max package or similar therefore if you have WiFi issues give Sky a call and ask for an extender/booster to be sent out.
