Wi-Fi

I had my sky Wi-Fi router installed yesterday (fiber 500) and it was working fine yesterday but today it's already been playing up. Internet connection keeps going off and I keep switching off my router and putting it back on again, making sure cables are in properly and resetting it but it's not working.

@Bethoakley3 you need to report the fault to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
