Wi-Fi weak security

I have an iPhone XR and against the Wi-Fi it says weak security WEP is not considered secure....information states configure router to use WPA2 (AES) or WPA3 security type....what do I need to do?

You need to login to your broadband hub and change the security setting:

By default any current Sky Hub model will be using either WPA2-PSK or WPA3-T.  Apple devices appear to misdiagnose this issue.
