Need my internet back on

A pol was hit outside my house yesterday and my internet is off because of this so just wanted to know when this will be getting fixed?

As customers here we can't say when this will be fixed as it will not be Sky that carry out the work as it will be Openreach (unless you are in Ireland) and they will work at their own pace so have you reported this issue to Sky ?

I rang them yesterday but I didn't get much from it don't they need to contact open reach themselves?

Depending on the damage you might be able to report it directly to Openreach yourself as per this:

Any road closure or digging up of the road or pavement as a result of this collision is also hampered by Openreach needing to obtain permission from the local council.
