My WiFi continually drops... currently 57 mps

I've had this message 3 times now and no one ha# mad3 contact.... can someone please just fix my broadband speed please...

@Jim4460 you have to initiate the chat session by using the chat icon which the team have placed on the pages of the forum. The team are around from 8am.
