Wi-Fi poor

Sons bedroom terrible signal. 
need engineer to come look please as been happening too much

@GillHogg 

Unless you have the Sky Max or Sky boost addons the your WiFi connection is not guaranteed in every room & Sky wont send an engineer to look at an individual room with an issue. 

 

If you do the max or boost addon then you can request a free booster from Sky to try and improve the coverage in that room.
