I've followed the steps and signed into the sky portal. Type new password and click apply. Page goes to unknown and blank and password remains the same?

I'm using Apple iPhone 11.
192.168.0.1
wireless connection.
Haven't anywhere to plug the wired connection. Read on previous problem suggestions that normally helps solve the problem.

Just tried this. Looked like it had worked, but reverted back to the original password? Thanks for your help. Think I'll give them a call x

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kimberley.smith there is a known issue with ios devices not being able to get changes to stick on Sky hubs. The work round is to use a Windows or Android device instead.
Sky have been told about this problem repeatedly but haven't fixed it.

Ah, we don't own any android devices. All Apple. Currently on phone. I'm hoping someone can help their end. Thank you x
