Separating my home network...

All,

I am looking to segregate my home network, so that I have a lan for mobile, lan for pc and lan for TV.

This will make things cleaner for disabling certain lans.

Any advice on how I can go about implementing this.

I am a relative newbie to setting up a network and configuring routers etc; any advice would be welcome.

I have currently connected PC, Tv, Router and broadband all working with Ethernet cable.

Thanks

For a start you won't be able to do that with a Sky Hub: that's not functionality found in any ISP-issue router.

You'd need a pretty beefy 3rd party router to do this as its not a normal configuration.

Most people tend to use the guest network option on many router to connect their less important devices or those 'Chinese reporting devices'
