Wi-Fi off

Hello,


My WiFi is not working. Lights on are: power and WiFi. Lights off are internet and voice light is amber.

@Rachel173 if the internet light isoff the hub has no connection to the exchange. Run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your service. If thry aren't call them and report the issue.
