Wi-Fi off suddenly, sky test says everything working but it is not!

Wi-Fi suddenly went off I see others with same issue. Why is sky not acknowledging the issue?

Mine is same. No light for internet in box but sky app says all is working.  Unplugged and reset and nothing working

Mine is the same constantly dropping in and out , have tested several times but sky say everything is good ....I'm paying for max broadband and there is no WiFi!! Phone has no bars either

I had green light on box even with no wifi but made no difference, reset multiple times. Just gone green to white now but still no wifi.

My WiFi on phone just came back on!  Hope y'all get same soon!

Same here, no internet but sky app test saying nothing wrong. Absolutely useless.

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
