No internet

My power light and WiFi light is green on my box and my voice and internet light are both orange and I have no access to internet

Exactly the same here in Norfolk but sky app check says all is well. Useless.

Same. I'm in norfolk and have no internet. Tried resetting and turning it on and off. Also tried checking to see if there was a problem but apparently everything is good, when its not

Same problem in kings Lynn. Service checker says all is fine, disconnected and reconnected the router, reset it and everything. It came on briefly before going off again. Will expect compensation from sky for this.

We have the same here from Fenland Cambs, can't use the heating as it's WiFi connected...
