New fibre broadband was installed yesterday and it's not working today. There are two green lights and an orange light on the router box. I've tried resetting the box, unplugging the internet cable and also unplugging the router. Nothing seems to work. Was with Virgin for years and never had a problem and really regret switching. Any advice would be appreciated.
