Wi-Fi not working

Hi, so our WiFi has been very inconsistent/ not working over the last few weeks, we have our suspicions as to why but that's beside the point. A few days ago someone came over to essentially fix the problem and for the most part they did, except it was still slower than normal at times. However today I got home around 4 and the WiFi wasn't working at all, it's got 4 green bars so it should be working. Have tried all the troubleshooting solutions and not a single thing is working, anyone able to tell me why it claims it's fine when it evidently is not?

@Ali843 not sure what you mean by 4 green bars. However look at the leds on your hub and follow this troublecshooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

If that indicates an issue with the servicecto your home and the online test (click to run the full test ignore the result you see when loading) doesnt tell you tgst Sky are aware of a fault or offer to send another engineer call Sky to report tge issue.
