@Olivia48 wifi speeds depend on the layout and tyoe of construction in your home. The new Sky Max hub should be out in the open and on a surface above obstructions like radiators to give the best signal strength.

If you have your hub in the best position but  WiFi speeds are still poor in some rooms consider buying Sky's WiFi Max bundle shich guarantees at least 10Mb/s in every room (25Mb/s if you buy Sky Ultrafst) for £7.50 a month. If you add tgst Sky will send you one extender pod if you ask if tgst doesnt sort the problem an engineercwill be sent who can authorise another 2 pods.

You can also buy your own kit which can work out cheaper in the long run. If you live in a house with solud internal walls WiFi coverage is always going to be poor and other types of networking msybe better.
