If other devices are still connecting to your broadband simply click on the on screen link to reconnect tge TV. If other devices aren't working follow this truble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If this happens frequently when you turn on the TV go into its settings go to Start up and Standby and switch on the option to stay networked in stand by and turn off the network power saving option. These settings help stop this issue.
