I've done the checks on my sky app and my internet is still not working my wifi light keeps flashing red and the voice is stuck on red this happened to me last night at about the same time

Find out more@BenPritchard the online connectivity test in the My Sky app can book an engineer to check your line if it finds a fault - run it while connected. If not give Sky a call however the fault is not likely to be with your WiFi which is the connection in your home the issue is probably with the broadband connection to your home calling that WiFi confuses things.
