Hello,
My new broadband box was delivered today however it says the activation date is the 9th of July. When we ordered this broadband it said it would be delivered on the 3rd of July and activate on the 5th July.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Danielle100 it is possible the activation of your line has been delayed the My Orders section of the My Sky app will tell you ativation is done by Openreach and they do change the date on occasions.
However if you follow the instructions in the packaging and connect your new. Hub it should connect as soon as thecservice is activated and wont come to an harm while it is waiting.
