Is there a problem with broadband, to be honest im really des up qith the wifi and the sky glass tv

Getting fws up with the service deom you wifi is always hoing of and the tv wont work, i pay alot of money each month for this and thinking of going elseqhwher

@Steph41 there are currently no national issues with Sky Broadband but thst doesnt mean some of Sky's 6 million customers haven't got issues inevitably some will. 

If you would like help from forum members like yourself we will need some details of the issue. Alternatively you can call Sky and see what they suggest. If you have bought a Sky Glass TV you need both a reliable WiFi network in your home and a reliable broadband connection to your home. Currently its not clear which of those is the issue and the soliutions are different.
