@LucyV259 and others run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection if it still shows the result from the last routine test click to run it again. It will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue sffecting your line if it doesnt ring Sky to report the issue.

 

Sky have told us that the issues caused by the ClowdStrike incident which affected their phonecsystem on Friday have been cleared and never affected broadband connections to the internet as far as we have been told

WIFI- Not working

Still not working out here. The voice light on the hub is still amber but the checker said there are no issues in your area - ofcourse this is false.

 

Unable to get through to Sky customer services, issues started late Friday night and persists till now.

We got through to Sky and they were super-helpful and fixed it. Almost everything is working fine now. All our devices are connected to the router again with some speed/signal variation due to the mesh network being out of kilter.
