We have moved house and the power lead to the broadband hub appears to keep coming lose and switching our broadband off. How do I go about ordering a replacement wire?

Re: New power lead for sky hub
@Laura301122 Sky dont supply spares but call them they will send out a new hub with a power supply, swap the leads over and send the new hub back with the dodgy lead thry should includecthe return label in the box. You could use the new hub if you want but you will need to re-connect your devices.
