Wi-Fi not working

Our wifi has just gone down, shows that it's connected and the hub is online all okay. However no devices in the house can access anything through the wifi. The pc has been completely disconnected and nothing seems to be a problem when running tests.

Re: Wi-Fi not working

We have the exact same problem, started about an hour ago. Everything is apparently working fine, according to the status checker, but it isn't. Nothing in the house can access Sky broadband.

Same here, it's been happening since last night. Gone down 3 times in 30 minutes, 6 times in the last 24 hours

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Mine has been dropping on and off this past week and it's gotten worse Friday evening. Now it doesn't seem to want to connect at all yet the Internet checks on here say it's fine.

Is this a widespread issue with Sky Internet at the moment?

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Same problem here. Started last night and is persisting this morning. Had no broadband now for several hours.

Sky broadband has been a joke since getting it honestly. May look into a 5g solution at this rate..

@Forgetfuljulie the initial result you see is from the last routine test. If you line has recently gone down it wont show that so click to test again. If it is an area issue, which it could be given the number of postts this morning, it should tell you if Sky ar aware of the fault, if it doesnt do that call Sky to report it so they can get it fixed.

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Has anyone had any success in getting this fixed, or any explanation from Sky as to why it's happening? I haven't managed to get through  to speak anyone yet.

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Nope...

Especially if we are supposed to get 1 month free if we have no Internet or slow speed for ao long.

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Nothing is working - now a red flashing WPS button on the router - so we have broadband into the house but absolutely nothing will connect to it (Q boxes, wifi booster, devices). We've methodically been through the troubleshooting process on the app countless times, and still nada. And still no joy trying to talk to someone at Sky.

Re: Wi-Fi not working

I'm not able to contact sky as it's dads account and he's at work, it's gone down twice today already. All troubleshooting, taking the plug out, even flipping the breakers off at the main fuse box and it's still not fixed

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Could be to do with the IT problem that started on Friday...

Re: Wi-Fi not working

Same here. Been bad since lunch time today but have had a few problems for the last couple of weeks. Is Sky actually reading this and realising it is their problem??

We are having the same problem since yesterday, first it was really slow, but now no internet at all!
