Hello, this morning I discovered that Wi-Fi is. It working. On the hub it has green light for power and Wi-Fi and amber for internet and voice . I've tried all the suggested options how to fix it but nothing is working and I'm struggling as I'm working from home. Maybe someone will be able to help me please?

Find out moreYou report the fault to Sky, they book Openreach to investigate: unfortunately on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend the investigation won't start until Tuesday at the earliest. Working from home doesn't get any faster response because this is domestic rather than business broadband.
