Wi-Fi not working again

Wi-Fi constantly keeps breaking down on me. No connection, can't watch Netflix etc it's beyond a joke. I'm paying more for the services to be so temperamental!

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

What happens if it drops off randomly and whenever you run a check it says everything is fine (because it's come back on)? I can't run the check without signal. I've tried phoning, and just got told to check all the same things and then cut off. Any other ideas how to get a response and some help?
