Appointment for fibre broadband but i need to cancel and reschedule

I have an appointment on 1/4/25 for my fibre broadband to be installed but I need to cancel this appointment as I have a hopsital appointment on that date. I have tried every way to cancel this appointment but no one is helping me. I have been through to so many departmenst but they keep saying no one can help. I also tried on the sky website and put the new date in but it would not let me continue with the next part this is so frustrating. How do I cancel this appointmnet? I don't want to be charged £25 but no one is helping me. Thanks so much in advance.
